Let me tell you! This place is rocking!!!! I’ve been to a lot of sushi restaurants but what I LOVE (and was impressed by) is the ingenuity and uniqueness of this place! You get to decide what you eat and since your hands are preparing your food, the chances of cross contamination is über limited. You basically get to make little sushi tacos with a seaweed wrap and whatever you want inside!So you order the fish, it comes to you on a plate with all the goodies and you start creating your favorite sushi roll (or taco). The portions are generous and service is stellar. You can see that they all enjoy their jobs :)GF Tamari is provided upon request.The miso soup is questionable as to it’s GF status, but the edamame is tasty. YUM!
