I wouldn’t have expected such a GF friendly place with the word “barn” in the title, but this place was excellent. The order taker went through all of my options and answered all of my questions before I even asked them (yes to a dedicated-fryer, by the way!) The food was excellent and really high quality. I used a Nima sensor and the test came back “no gluten detected.”
He also mentioned they no longer use Udis bread, instead they use Rotellas certified GF hamburger buns and another food service brand for the sandwiches (already forgot the name). In any case it was good bread.
