The spring rolls here are amazing. My husband isn’t gluten free and says these are his favourite. When I’ve asked they said they fry them in a separate fryer if you request gluten free. Love this place.

(Non-celiac) Waitstaff have been ultra understanding and accommodating, have requested several dishes be gluten friendly and have not had issues. No set GF options but staff super willing to discuss gluten friendly options for many dishes. Ordered desert Island noodles, they subbed ìn rice vermicell and left meatballs on the side. Ordered Daikin cake, they subbed in a GF dipping sauce. Monsoon roll came with really excellent dipping sauce.

Do Chay is my go to for yummy comfort food. Their take on Vietnamese is unique and satisfying. A big part of the menu is gluten free and mostly all vegan, if not vegetarian. There’s no meat here! You do have to ask about the gluten free items, however the staff are typically very knowledgeable and helpful. The cocktails and alcohol free drinks are also pretty great. I recommend trying a few. I always get the Pho and spring rolls - gluten free spring rolls....amazing! I’ve taken non-celiac, non-vegans, and non-vegetarians here and they all loved it.
