Die Bedienung war sehr nett und hatte einen guten Überblick, welche Gerichte glutenfrei sind. Sie hat auch sehr viele Möglichkeiten angeboten, Gerichte gf zu ermöglichen. Ich habe mich in einem Restaurant fast so gefühlt, als hätte ich gar keine Zöliakie. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend und das leckere Essen!

Die freundliche Kellnerin kennt sich mit den Zutaten sehr gut aus. Ich habe sowohl Sushi als auch die Sake Bowl probiert und kann diese sehr empfehlen. Die Kellnerin weiß, welche Zutaten sie dann bei der Bowl auslassen. Ich bin sehr sensitiv und hatte hier noch nie Probleme. Ein echter Geheimtipp!

P.S. Mittlerweile haben sie auch auf Nachfrage glutenfreie Sojasoße.
