Review of Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grille

They have an extensive gluten free menu, which is the only good thing I can say. We had to wait over 30 minutes longer than they suggested (forecasted to be an hour). The food took 50 minutes from when we ordered. It was mediocre at best. Given all the positive reviews on the site, I wonder if we were just there on a bad day.
