My husband (celiac) and I ate here three times while we vacationed at South Seas.
2/3 waiters seemed to be more informed on it. Our first was very cautious and said “I’m making a big alert here on my order that this is GF for an allergy.”
They have an expansive menu - the roasted chicken over potato hash was amazing.
They don’t have a dedicated fryer but they empty out and clean the oil tank every night and make the tortilla chips in the AM before anything else.
