I went there with my husband who is not celiac. Iam and made diet needs known and the bartender was extremely helpful. She pointed out things they made that were gluten free or could be changed (no croutons on salad, a salad with Quinoa looked delicious, vegetables, pickled veggies app, bunless burger etc) sadly no dedicated fryer but I wasn't too hungry and had the delicata squash. Amazing. And for those of you who are dry or staying sober they had a whole PAGE of mocktails and non alcoholic choices. Overall I felt very safe but the choices were somewhat limited.
