Review of Doce Mesas

I showed up here when I couldn't even get a hostess' attention for ten minutes at nearby Origin. I asked about gluten free options and a manager came by and explained that almost everything on the menu is gluten free - all the tacos and enchiladas are made with only corn and the chile relleno (which I ordered) is grilled not fried. The mole sauce and fried chicken sandwich are not gf. My chile relleno with shrimp was delicious despite not being the fried version I'm used to, and the service was excellent even though they were packed.
