We stayed at dockside and I was able to talked to the chef during busy times for all meals. Lots of gf options for breakfast and dinner. They have really good gf bread for the sandwiches.

Great experience here thanks to the kindness of the staff. Very little is marked GF, but if you talk to a staff member they will introduce you to a chef who will walk you through safe options, including things like GF chicken fingers made in a dedicated fryer! The grab-n-go area also has an entire labeled section of GF snacks.

Had a made to order Buffalo chicken flatbread. Pretty good for a gluten free crust. Just go up to one of the food counters and mention celiac or allergy and they have the chef come talk to you and he makes your food himself very carefully. Took about ten min since I was there at a not super busy time. Not a ton of Gf options. Chicken tenders, pizza and salad is all I saw as GF options but there might be others. It’s a salad bar and there are croutons there so I avoided it to be safe.

I’ve eaten here twice so far and both times were excellent. In the morning I had GF waffles and in the evening GF chicken tenders (more like popcorn chicken) fresh for me. The chicken was SO delicious. Best GF chicken I’ve had EVER (and it’s been 16 years since my diagnosis).

Chef has celiac. Came out and reassured us that food was safe and threw in a few extras. Gf chicken tenders, fries, pizza, pancakes, fries, hash browns.

my daughter is not technically celiac, but shows many signs and symptoms. we are staying at dockside, so it was nice there were options downstairs. it appears that it is prepared in a different area, I saw them switch gloves prior to handling the food. food available: pizza (25-20 min lead time), chicken tenders, burger buns, breads that are gf, gellato, and a large stay of snacks. plus, salad options and fruit options. we got the pizza, which is actually nice they make it fresh and she could choose what she wanted on it, but it took all of 20 minutes, so offer ahead of you can. she said it tasted good, not like cardboard.

Had breakfast here and the chef came out and talked to me about my options. They are cautious and knowledgeable. The food was ok...had French toast
