Such a sweet little cafe in a prime location. Food was so good, we lunched there two days in a row!

I went because of the positive reviews but I didn’t have as great of an experience. They brought out my parfait with granola on it which wasn’t gluten free. Then the gluten free pancakes came out which taste like oatmeal and bananas. When I asked about the oats she kept telling me there aren’t any but I knew there was as they have a unique texture. She eventually came back and said o yes actually there are but they are gluten free. Just really didn’t leave me feeling confident.

If you are celiac and you are visiting Panama City you have to go to Dodo! This place is a gem in a country where there are not a lot of gluten-free options! The owner and all of the staff are knowledgeable about GF. Our celiac family ate some amazing food and no one had symptoms afterwards. The hours are not listed accurately on this app, so make sure you call ahead. Owner is english and spanish speaking. Also the neighborhood is beautiful and fun to explore. Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and I was able to speak to them in English about gluten free options. I had the pancakes and they were excellent. Great breakfast spot in Casco Viejo.
