I went in this weekend for dinner. My server seemed knowledgeable about celiac disease. I ordered off the gluten free menu and asked him to let the kitchen know that I have celiac. He did, and said that he can also flag allergy orders. The manager actually came out of the kitchen to ask me a question because the bleu cheese dressing isn't for sure GF - he wanted to make sure I knew that. I was really impressed that he did that. I had a great meal - wings and pizza. They have Angry Orchard cider on tap. I had a great experience!
