Be careful here- not all the arepas have gf ingredients in It. The waiter checked everything with the kitchen and they told me to stick to just the straight chicken arepa or straight beef arepa. I didn’t feel sick after but also didn’t feel totally confident in what I was eating. Probably would not go back unless I had to
