They are super careful about gluten contamination. All their ice cream tastes are without gluten, they are aware of possible contamination from regular cones so if you tell them they can make you a gluten free cone or cup by washing the utensils and getting the taste from a fresh batch or in an uncontaminated area. They also have very nice ice cream cakes, also single portions that are all gluten free, try it out!
