Disappointed. The staff are very knowledgeable in which flavors contain gluten. But, they do nothing to limit cross contamination. May be fine if you're gluten intolerant, but definitely NOT celiac safe.

We tried this place our very first day in town, and I’m so happy that we did! The flavors were rich and delicious, and the staff knew which ones were GF. You’re able to taste as many as you would like, and the prices are reasonable. I must say that we also tried another gelato place, and it did not even compare! Highly recommend!
