Review of Dolly Parton's Stampede

Food was good, but not very happy with the service. We had pre-ordered our tickets months ago, and even double checked a few days before that they had two of our tickets down as GF meals. When our waiter first came to our table she took note of our need for GF, but then when it came time for the first course (the soup, which is not GF) she poured us each a bowl. Thankfully we had looked online prior to going and knew it was not GF, we kindly reminder her and she apologized and said she would got our GF substitues right away. about 10 minutes later after they started cleaning up everyone else's soup she came out with half cook veggies and an Udis roll that was individually wrapped, not warmed up at all and no butter. And what really made us mad was she snobishly said "well if you had pre-ordered your tickets and requested GF meals, then we would have had it ready." Trying to blame us for the mistake. To which i replied, "we ordereed them about 3-4 months ago and double checked 3 days ago that they had 2 GF meals." After that she just said "oh then there must have been a mix up in the kitchen. After that the rest of the meal was fine, the only other difference is you get an Udis snickerdoodle cookie (which surprisingly was actually warmed up a little).
