The waiter has a marker he places in front of the GF guest (in our case it was my 11-year-old son). The only thing my son couldn’t have was the soup and biscuit. That kind of sucked because he just sat with a sad look while everyone else sopped it all up, saying how delicious it was. I didn’t eat mine either just because that would make me a monster. Anyway, the main course was fantastic. At the end we all got an apple turnover and he got an Udi’s snickerdoodle cookie. He said, “They warmed it up for me! It’s so good!!” Overall, super impressed; just wish they’d have a soup/biscuit option for GF customers.
