Not safe for Celiacs, I got sick the first time I tried it.
No
My husband is extremely sensitive to gluten. The slightest bit of cross contamination will put him in the bathroom, throwing up, for 4 days. He is always reluctant to try new gf places. But after speaking to the store owner, Jim, I was comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Jim takes extra precautions to ensure his customers don't get sick. For example, he opens a fresh bag of cheese and a new can of sauce when making a gf pizza. He obviously also uses clean utensils and pans, but it was nice to hear that he takes every measure he can think of to ensure his customers have a great experience. He even have me his personal cell phone number and asked that I let him know if there were any gluten related issues with our food (which there weren't). As he said, I work too hard to bring customers in the door to have them get sick from my food. This is a place that I'd recommend to anyone. It's safe to eat, and more importantly, tastes like real pizza. They even have gf cheese bread too. Also very yummy! I'd definitely recommend!!!

They have a lot more choices than just G-Free pizza. They have G-free bread sticks, cinnamon bread...with bacon. They do have choices other than pizza. They answered questions.

Just moved to the area and found this place because advertise their gluten free crusts. Gluten free cheese bread is my favorite and i have never had a problem with contamination.
I love Dolly's pizza it is a great way to have a celiac friendly pizza night with the family. My one dislike is that the cheesy bread is soggy.
