Dolores has a small yet expansive menu, and some of the best mole I’ve had on the east coast! I can’t speak for everything on the menu but two of their mole dishes are gluten free, they have a dedicated fryer for their tostadas (corn tortillas used as chips) and everyone is incredibly knowledgeable about cross contamination, gluten, dairy, and other allergens! Delicious food, great atmosphere, and amazing staff.
