Review of Dolphin Striker

Restaurant does not have gluten free menu, nor does it have any allergy listings on their main menu. However, the staff and chef were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Many of entries, salads, and fish can be prepared gluten free. They helped me build a dinner course that was safe from gluten and dairy. Though they do not have a dedicated cooking space, they made every effort to avoid cross-contamination.
