Eating out in Winnamucca is hard for the Gluten Free! But here's one place to get a GF pizza fix.
"Domino's® pizza made with a Gluten Free Crust is prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. Therefore, Domino's® DOES NOT recommend this pizza for customers with celiac disease. Customers with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment in consuming this pizza."
The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my mom’s celiac allergy. They opened a new bag of pepperoni, make the pizza on a clean surface far away from the other pizzas, and baked it on a sheet of parchment paper!
The staff did note that during busy times these accommodations may not be possible or guaranteed. We came at a slow time (12:30 pm on a Friday)
While this restaurant is not dedicated gluten-free, the staff’s dedication to helping us was awesome!
Got the gluten-free crust for my pizza. Overall, pretty tasty. A little chewy but I am finding most gluten-free breads are. They add a disclaimer that it is not recommended for Celiac due to risk of cross contamination.
