dominoes has a gluten free pizza crust that is available in small only. It is 3 dollars more, but it was delicious.
"Domino's® pizza made with a Gluten Free Crust is prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. Therefore, Domino's® DOES NOT recommend this pizza for customers with celiac disease. Customers with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment in consuming this pizza."
I only have an intolerance so cross contamination isn't a huge concern for me. I appreciate that they have a GF option, though it is only a small. The crust is thin and crunchy probably like the New York style (I preferred regular crust before The Change so I can't say for sure). Just wish they had bigger size options!
They do offer a gf crust. It was not very good… but we were hungry super late after a concert and they were the only place open and they delivered. So if you’re desperate it’s good… worked out for us. But when you have other restaurant options I wouldn’t order.
The gluten free crust at Domino's is delicious! It's crispy on the outside, soft and chewy towards the middle and it's consistent every time we order it! You can have a big variety of sauces and toppings to choose from that are safe and the Cesar salad (minus the croutons) is a good side to have. The salad and toppings are disassembled so that you can make it as you like. They are pretty good about keeping it clean as we've never had an issue with cross contamination the many times we've ordered from here. And they always have a coupon for an extreme discount when you do carry out.
