I tried the gluten free pizza for the first time last night. The pizza was very tasty. I asked the staff to make sure to keep the crust as far away from the other pizza crusts as possible and they said they would. I’m not sure about cross contamination since most pizza joints throw flour in the air all day but I feel fine so far. I would trust it for gluten sensitive people but still caution Celiac patients to use their best judgement.
