I am Celiac and I was so excited to try the place that I ended up optimistically waiting 2 hrs for a table. Place is really nice and The Ramen looked amazing! Unfortunately, The menu has very limited GF options and I basically had no confident choice but to settle for the chicken wings that are supposedly made in a gluten free fryer. Big Mistake! I was so sick I I had to leave the table mid meal and drive like a maniac home to be sick for a couple days.. So since there was nothing but great reviews I am doing my duty to share this unfortunate experience in hopes it saves somebody the trouble..

Server brought me an allergen menu and I was able to order ramen with a rice substitute. Not all of the broths are gluten free but a couple are.

The wings are the best! Battered and coated. What a treat. Plenty of options for appetizers and ramen. The fryer is dedicated

We absolutely devoured the wings. They were the crispiest, well cooked wings, naturally gluten free, wings I’ve had ever!! I had a plate of peppers and vegetable plate with side veggies over rice. Our server Trevor was extremely accommodating and understanding of my need to have gluten free, no cross contamination, celiac friendly food and drinks. For this I am extremely grateful. To eat worry free and enjoy every bite makes me want to go out to eat …. Again and more often.
