Waitress wasn’t very familiar with gluten and allergy precautions but quickly went to get the manager. Manager was very knowledgeable and kind. They modified my burrito order to spread it out over multiple corn tortillas and everything tasted great.
No GF menu but vast majority of the menu is GF or can be easily modified to be made GF.
Chips were done in shared fryer so didn’t have the chips and salsa.

Good experience here, as soon as I said “allergy” to the waiter, they went to get the manager to help answer all my questions! Everything is gf except for anything on a wheat tortilla, the red enchilada sauce (they have alternatives), and croutons. They do not have a dedicated frier so I did not have anything deep fried (ie no chips)! Had the lunch size vegetarian fajitas with corn tortillas and it was a very generous size and super yummy!

Our waitress could answer all our questions or consult someone to tell her quickly. Red enchilada sauce is not gluten free but the substitute a yummy green sauce and cheese sauce. It was great to be able to eat enchiladas.

No gfree menu but the manager’s wife has celiac so he is very informative and always checking ingredients. I have been there multiple times with no problems, I order the same every time. Margaritas are 👍🏻. If there was gfree menu and dedictfryer I would give 5 ⭐

I talked to the manager on duty and he was knowledgeable about the food prep and explained many dishes are from scratch with fresh ingredients. The chicken tortilla soup (minus the tortillas) is absolutely delicious and is made with fresh chicken stock not bouillion cubes. I have also eaten the tortilla chips without getting sick but I am not super sensitive. I had much better luck eating here than at Casa Garcia down the road where I talked to the manager and they still put 3 pieces of bread on my plate.
