This place has zero gluten protocols in place. No dedicated fryer. No dedicated work space. I asked the server if they could even just change gloves when preparing my order. The answer was no. Not Celiac safe at all.

Don Julios in Lake Nona is amazing! The food and atmosphere are great and they take food allergies very seriously.

I have had chips, salsa, guacamole for starters. I have multiple meals I can choose from and the food is delicious. I do not eat corn tortillas (they fall apart too easily) so I stick to the carne asada, pollo plates or rice bowls.

Margaritas are good and safe too!
