Exellent ice-cream. All the ice-cream is gf. There are non gf cones and cookies but u can find gf cones as well. Staff is very knowledgeable about cross contamination. When we asked for gf ice-cream they washed their handes, brought clean spoons and invited as to choose our ice-cream from a separeted fridge inside. You need to tell the cashier that you need the gf option.

Great ice cream place in the centre of Catania. Ask for a gluten-free cone at the front register. The worker cleaned his hands, put on gloves and opened a new ice cream box for me. He pointed out all ice cream sorts that were GF and safe.

Amazing staff. Even though there was a language barrier we worked it out and the ice cream was fresh from the freezer to avoid cross contamination 🙌

Myla and all the staff were wonderful and knowledgeable about celiac disease. They got my ice cream fresh from unused containers and the gf cone was delicious!

The staff is well prepared, they have GF brioche and cannoli, if you ask they will take your gelato from non-contaminated containers in the back so that is safe! The gelato it self is AMAZING
