This place was incredible!! They have a 5 tier system for making sure your food is gluten free and any other allergy you have! Including the waiter writing on a designated paper for allergies, having it signed by the manager and taken to the chef personally. I have not felt this safe in a restaurant in las vegas! I had the filet mignon with grilled onions and mushrooms, baked potato and salad. They have a wonderful Italian salsa that is served with the bread (not gf) that I ate on my salad and with my baked potato! It was delicious and the server Jose Alfredo was amazing!! And his partner who made sure your drinks were always full was also so good!!
