I recently am gluten free and am able to compare the gluten free crust to their famous thin. They are nearly indistinguishable to me. I have had zero complication with cross contamination at this location. If you want a good thin crust pizza, it’s worth it to try it out here.
The staff has always been very friendly to me, and I’ve never had any issues eating here. Their gluten free pizza crust is decently sized and tastes delicious! The only reason I’m not giving them five stars is because there is a 100% guarantee that’s it completely gluten free due to the fact that it’s a shared kitchen. However, like I said, I’ve never had an issue.
We recommend our certified gluten-free Take & Bake pizzas for anyone with Celiac Disease because they’re made in a certified gluten-free facility. Take & Bake pizzas are sold frozen. The pizza is great, and the gf crust is honestly the best I've had at a chain so far. I'm giving them 4 stars simply because their gf dough is prepared alongside their regular dough, so there's no chance there isn't cross-contamination occurring. That said, I believe they offer frozen pizza as an alterative, so it can be safely prepared at home.
I called this location about how they process gluten free orders. They said they “wipe off cutting boards and knives, but use the same equipment. We do not have separate work surfaces or cutting equipment for gluten free pizza.” As someone with celiac, I will not be eating here.
