Review of Dong Thap Noodles

Menu is clearly marked to indicate gf items and the server who always works understands gf. House made rice noodles here are chewy and delicious. Lots of gf soup options but not much else is gf on the menu. Wide variety of tasty pho but the broth lacks the complexity of other pho places in the area.
