I ordered the half gluten free chicken, chips, gravy and slaw and it was delicous.

Best chicken I've tried since finding out I was ceoliac over a year ago!

Will most definitely recommend and come back whenever I'm down that way! 😊👌

Donkey is extremely coeliac safe and delicious, although it is definitely a heart attack on a plate!! Don’t be put off by the lack of GF menu online: they have a GF menu in person if you ask, with a little over half the menu safe for coeliacs. They also have a separate fryer. The milkshakes are probably not coeliac safe, but I’ve never been too disappointed because I’m always way too full of chicken to think about them.

Donkey is the best place for fried chicken, burgers and chips! The owner and staff are very coeliac aware and there are several gluten free options. The gluten free bun they serve is delicious and bigger than their normal gluten burger buns.
