I would not come here if I were in any way sensitive to cross-contamination or shared fryers. The chips used in the nachos (marked gluten free on the menu) are fried in a shared fryer with gluten. I would not eat here again, as I'm now unfortunately not sure that any of their options are actually gluten-free. I got the Chicken Cobb Salad and had a minor reaction. The salad itself was fine, but tasted very mediocre, and I left feeling hungry due to the fact that it was composed mostly of vegetables that were not filling, and the waitress did not know if any of the dressings were gluten-free, so i opted not to have any. She was very nice, however! She knew much more about celiac than whoever marked the menu incorrectly, and she's the reason I didn't have a severe reaction from eating an incorrectly marked dish. I did have a minor reaction, like I usually do with moderate cross contamination (shared but cleaned grill etc), but not quite to the level that I would have gotten if I had been exposed to a shared fryer or actually ingested gluten. If you decide to eat here, I would ask questions about every component of the dish you plan to order to ensure that you do not have a reaction. The establishment was also a bit dirty so I could have had a reaction from gluten that was on a dirty surface, although I did use hand sanitizer.

They have a dedicated fryer for the fries!! They also have GF buns and make note to change gloves. I have Celiac disease and got a garbage plate (I did not get the hot sauce so I don’t know about the ingredients in that) and did not get sick! Good food, cheap, and they are safe for GF if you let them know!
