They have a gluten free menu with quite a few options. My favorite is the blackened redfish. I had steamed vegetables as my side. Some servers are definitely more knowledgeable than others. Make sure you explain NO BREAD whatsoever. I ate safely.

Great gluten free menu

I called the restaurant to confirm a few things from their online menu. The fries are labeled gluten free on the menu, but the kitchen manager I got in touch with said that they are NOT fried in a dedicated fryer. She did say that the soy glaze on the salmon was GF, but I'm honestly not sure whether to trust that. I got a salad with no croutons.
