This is the best sushi I’ve ever eaten at this price. It’s better than more expensive sushi I’ve eaten too. The space is very small, and the staff are very cautious and knowledgeable. They will caution you about the risks of prepping sushi in a small space where cross contamination can occur. They will use a clean cutting board and knife and give you gluten free soy sauce. The gluten free sushi is marked on their online ordering menu. I’ve never been sick eating here, and I get their sushi often, but it is definitely up to you comfort level.
