Wow, just wow!! This is Gluten Free HEAVEN. I finally made it out to Dora's! I really didn't know where to start because I wanted it all. My first question was: Does your pizza freeze well? Yes! 👍🏻😊 I’ll be buying a whole pizza soon. But today went like this: #1- Two croquetas, I devoured them immediately. They were crunchy with a soft filling. I can’t say what it was, but definitely very good! #2- A Cheeseburger made on their own Brioche buns. I can’t say why I got so lucky, but, they made me a “special one” with prosciutto and a fried egg. I had to cut it in half bc it is HUGE! Now, I look forward to eating the other half. #3- An Alfajor with the crumbly cookies and dulce de leche filling just like the traditional ones. Couldn’t finish it there. #4- HAHAHAHA, yes there is a #4... a slew of desserts to take home: “an Alfa-Brownie (chocolatey-fudgey-White chocolate covered alfajor), a cinnamon roll, and a CAKE POP! 😮 It has been so long since I can walk into a place and order these things without worrying about the GLUTEN content! Omg, pure happiness. Another great plus was the great conversation I had with all the other customers who are so happy Dora’s is open. We were all so excited to find it and be able to be around other people who understand the GF/Celiac struggle! I predict, and kind of see it happening already, that Dora’s will struggle to keep up with the demand. They have an amazing product, for a select group of people (although I think everyone would enjoy their food), with very little to no competition. All three people working there are super nice, and friendly. I believe I met the owner at first, then a lady, and then “Alex” working the counter who proceeded to comp me natural cut fries for my “wait.” All were amazingly polite! Apparently I had a long wait but I didn’t mind it. The food was great!! I am easily a huge fan already and will become a regular very soon!!
