Review of Dora's Bakery and Bistro

The entire facility is gluten free so absolutely safe for celiac! Alex has a great concept, his goal is to make great tasting food that happens to be made with all gluten free ingredients. We had croquetas, French fries, a cinnamon roll and a sugar cookie and he has certainly met his goal with everything we tried. Can’t wait to go back and try the chicken tenders and ciabatta sandwiches! Give them a try, you’ll be hooked for sure!
