Review of Dora's Bakery and Bistro

Everything I got here was fantastic! Even my sister, who refuses to eat any of of my gluten free foods because they “taste gluten free,” loved what she tried. I got croquetas, a cinnamon roll, a chocolate chip cookie, a sugar cookie, a lemon tart, and an apple tart. (I don’t live nearby so I had to pick up as much as I could at once.) Everything was so good! The cookies were next level, like tasted better than many non-GF cookies I’ve had before. My grandmother has been trying to perfect GF croquetas to no avail, but Dora’s did. I’m really excited to visit again and try everything I didn’t the first time. Thank you for letting me experience cinnamon rolls and tarts that don’t taste like grainy cardboard! I know you all just opened, but if you’re planning to open more stores, consider moving a little north!
