Review of Dora's Bakery and Bistro

Dora’s is a dedicated gluten free facility which is so great for me as I am a very sensitive celiac. I had the bacon, gorgonzola, and date quiche, and it was amazing. My husband had the beyond Dora burger, and he loved it. I had read the reviews about the cinnamon rolls, but sadly they were all out the day I went. I settled for a vanilla cupcake, and was slightly disappointed. It was pretty dry in the middle and didn’t have the best flavor. The food was amazing though, so still giving this place a good review.
