Our waitress was new so she had to ask lots of questions but if you are just intolerant and not full celiac, there are a lot of options. My husband can’t have soy or dairy either and I think he had more options here than he’s had in most places in town. The Brazilian tropical was super good but as noted the polenta fries may not be in a dedicated deep fryer but even without the polenta fries it is a fabulous dish/meal. Coffee wasn’t our favorite, but it’s a nice place with super friendly staff that are very willing to accommodate.
Update: their fries they call gluten free for which I asked if they were fried in the same oil as any other foods, and I was assured are gluten free are NOT, when I asked where the onion rings were fried they acknowledged they were in the same oil and the said that it was all in my head.
The Brazilian tropical is huge and naturally gluten free. It is amazing, the owner is very aware of gluten free issues. I've been here more than 10 times and never got sick. They also have multiple gluten free desserts.
