Mijn zoon (7 jaar) heeft coeliakie en wil het liefst patat met een frikadel als we uiteten gaan. Van tevoren overlegd met de kok. Frituur is glutenvrij maar ze hebben geen glutenvrije snacks. Kok was bereid dit speciaal voor ons te kopen of we mochten zelf een frikadel meenemen. Er was ook een glutenvrije brownie als dessert en vooraf konden we glutenvrije broodjes met smeersels bestellen. Personeel was goed op de hoogte en heel behulpzaam/meedenkend! We komen zeker terug.
Limited gluten free options, but a lot can be made gluten free. Staff seem somewhat unaware of celiac disease but the chefs know their stuff.
My girlfriend had the saté, which was great. Dessert choice is limited but crème brûlée was sublime. The pork she had as aperitif was incredible as well.
Overall a safe choice for gluten free folks, eaten there twice and no issues.
I had lunch and ate a sandwich with brie, honey and walnuts. Unfortunately, the bread turned very soggy since I think the toppings were also in the oven. This is a pity because apparently the cook didn't make an effort to see if the gluten-free option was of the same quality as the non gluten free one. I do think it was safe tho, since the staff was knowledgeable and I didn't suffer any symptoms. I also think the lunch options were a decent amount.
