Ze hebben veel kennis van glutenvrij eten en denken hier graag in mee! Ze weten wat de valkuilen zijn omdat ze zelf een familielid met coeliakie hebben. Van te voren mail contact gehad voor het ontbijt en dit was super! Broodjes waren lekker en elke dag genoeg keuze (ook uit zoettigheid). Ook in het restaurant staat er super goed aangegeven welke allergenenen erin zitten. Ook staat er gelijk aan het begin welke typische Oostenrijkse gerechten ze glutenvrij kunnen bereiden! Goede service en lekker eten!
