I was skeptical trying it at first but the staff took precautions with my gluten allergy. You do have to order the pizza and cook it on a separate plate which doesn’t cook the pizza crust all the day. Therefore, the staff cooked the crust first then added my toppings and cooked it again and it turned out great.

This is one of the three best gluten free pizza spots I've been to in Miami. The ingredients and toppings are excellent, and the crust isn't your "frozen udis". They do use a frozen crust, but its definitely better than average. The area of the crust where the toppings are is excellent, the actually crust area is a little too hard and crispy. Will be one of my goto spots, I just wish they offered a gluten free beer.
NOTE: request they wash the pizza cutter etc, or they'll have additional cross contamination. No non-dedicated gluten free shop will have zero cross contamination possibility, but I always try to reduce it as much as possible.
