I had the pulled-pork sandwich with a GF bun, baked beans, and cole slaw. Delicious!! They have separate menus with GF options highlighted. I didn't ask if they use a dedicated fryer (I am gluten-intolerant, not celiac) but did not have any reaction to the fries. (Note: avoid this place if you have a peanut allergy. They have a giant barrel of peanuts in the dining area, and people throw the shells all over the floor.)
