Review of Double Cut Steakhouse

We went here during our stay at Kalahari. We stopped in the night prior to our reservation to speak with them about gf. The host not only brought out a gluten free server, and a manager...but also the chef. Chef Eddie was AMAZING!!! He not only explained everything, but went out and got gluten free noodles to make my two daughters spaghetti and Mac and cheese. Told me he would warm oil to fry things for me Seperately. He even went to the Gelato shop and brought back gf Gelato for us to have a desert. He said to definitely stop by and talk to him the night before so he can make sure he gets the items needed for you meal to be amazing! Worth every dollar!
