Review of Double Dragon Oakhurst Chinese

Not quite the celiac friendly paradise I'd anticipated. Although my server was exceptionally knowledgeable (extra star), I was disappointed that she had to steer me away from all but three entrees on the GF menu. The marinade for the veg dishes isn't GF, and all chicken dishes are fried in a shared fryer. I had the pork belly, which was quite tasty, but not the kind of dish I'd been craving. Now that I'm home, I suspect a trace of gluten snuck in somewhere because the tell tale bloat is setting in. Can't say that DD doesn't try hard, but my bloaty tummy does not allow me to recommend the place to celiacs. Dang. I'd had such high hopes.
