Review of Double Zero Neapolitan Pizza

Fantastic experience as a symptomatic coeliac. Spoke to management before going and on entry. GF pizza bases prepared in a separate GF kitchen in the back, then brought to the main part and all toppings and cheese are separate from the ones they use on gluten pizzas. Cooked in the same oven but in a separate pan that’s only for GF pizzas. Staff change gloves for handling GF pizzas and change them again for bringing pizzas to the table. All teams really knowledgeable on coeliac and while they say “can’t guarantee it’s 100% safe, it’s as safe as you’ll ever find in a place that handles gluten products”.
