Review of Double Zero

I haven’t been to this restaurant but I did reach out to ask if their pizza was Celiac-safe. I wanted to share the response in case it’s helpful for others! “i would love to say you're safe but do to the fact we make pasta in house along with pizzas using gluten. I want to play safe and tell you it's not a good idea to eat. We do use a separate oven but for what I understand even the tiniest bit of flour will do harm right? We work our best to have and keep gluten free separate from the flours. but Flours are in house. you know your body best. maybe if I tell you how we prepare the gluten free pizza this will help. It is mixed in a sanitized bowl, prepared separately and cooked in a separate oven. but flour is around and in the air.”
