The Tavern has gluten free buns so you can get a burger or sandwich. The Cobb salad is also gluten. Not a huge variety, but staff was knowledgeable and I didn’t get sick.

I was here for a conference and had checked with food staff before arriving. I was told they have a variety of GF foods and they'd be happy to bring out my food so I wasn't eating from the buffet. The kitchen staff on site seemed to think I had an egg allergy. The food the first day was fine, the second day they brought me egg free pasta salad and sandwich bread that was all wheat based. When I asked they apologized, took it away, and brought me steamed veggies and fish. And I reminded the lead caterer that I had to avoid wheat. Third day, they still thought I needed egg free food.
I didn't get sick while here, but I did have to check carefully at every meal.
