Dough Bro's Italian Kitchen

I had the White Out pizza on gluten free crust and it was very tasty! The crust was thin and crispy at the restaurant, but didn't hold up well reheated. I would not say this was completely certified gluten free as it was baked in the same oven as the other pizzas. I didn't have a reaction except for the usual dairy tummy aches. If you're not worried about cross contamination, I would definitely order pizza here!

I agree with another reviewer, it a very different type of "pie" crust. It's good but on the sweet side . Definitely amp up on the savory and spicy toppings and avoid things like carmelized onions. They also have a GOOD DESSERT in the form of a chocolate torte! The wine list is limited (FYI).

Got the gluten free pizza crust! It was amazing, a mix of potato and rice flour! It had a great texture, more like pie crust than pizza crust. Haven't had pizza since being gluten free and it was my favorite before. It's nice and thin and they have great options! They only make it in the 12" size but I had enough to eat there, share with my mom and have left overs. Great place!

Good pizza. Did not get sick but did not seem smart enough to be gluten free savvy.
