They can make most salads gluten free, as well as offering a gluten free pasta sub. I have not had it so I can’t speak to it.
They have 2 different types of gluten free pizza options. Cauliflower (thinner & crunchy) or rice flour (thick but lighter). I prefer the rice flour base. I believe it’s an extra $5 charge for the sub on top of the average $20 range for the pizza.
Deducted a star because I wish they had more options for appetizers.
New and bigger location! This is my first time at Dough since being diagnosed with celiac disease. The restaurant prides themselves with their farm to table style. There are two GF crusts: house made cauliflower and a rice flour. The waitress informed me the cauliflower was the most popular. I ordered the cauliflower crust margarita style. The waitress ensured me that cross contamination would be avoided. The oven is shared however a separate tray is used to cook the GF pizzas. The pizza was good however not my favorite, but I would go back for the environment and it still does the fix of a tasty pizza. Plus for the non GF people you go with the food is great! They have outdoor and indoor seating and overall a good spot for a nice summer dinner.
