We had a great experience at Dough in Bath! We booked via email, and informed the restaurant that there was a GF diner in the group. Upon arrival, we were quickly shown to our table, and when the lady brought us our menus, she acknowledged that there was a GF diner and explained all the options on the menu (put simply: all toppings were gluten free, and there was a selection of 5 gf bases). GF beer was also listed. The man who took our order explained how the kitchen has a separate oven for GF, which gave us further reassurance that we were in good hands. The food and drink were great, and the staff were very attentive. All in all, this was one of our best restaurant experiences since starting the GF journey!

We visited Dough on our trip to Bath in January and they were very good with gluten free! Lots of bases and toppings to choose from and the pizzas were great!

Our absolute go to every single time we visit bath. Not only does it have incredible gluten free pizzas (that make us question if it’s real every time!) they have truly accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Always feel very comfortable eating here. However Haven’t tried other items on the menu, only pizza. Highly recommend

Best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had, tastes like exceptional ‘normal’ pizza. Made me question whether or not it was truly gluten free it was so good, but looked very different than my husbands and the waitress reassured me. This is a must stop for celiacs

Would have the be the best gluten free pizza base I have ever had. Topped with a margarita topping. DELICIOUS 😋😋 Staff very aware of Coeliac and other allergies . Highly recommended!!

This was the best pizza I have ever had…gluten free or not. The crust was thin…but super chewy and not the typical cracker that gf pizza usually is. Come to Dough!! It will change your gf pizza game for sure!

As we know gluten free pizzas in the UK are too often terrible. I only had a few good ones and surprisingly Dough’s was definitely up there with the best ones.

For reference if Ask Italian is a 5, Zizzi’s is a 6 then Dough’s would be an 8!

Amazing! So good! They had specific protocol for celiac diners including cooking the pizzas separately. My whole crew got gluten free pizzas and it was such a relief to be able to share things with a big group! Didn’t get sick and the pizza was actually delicious. Even had to splurge for the dessert pizza 🙃 They also have GF beer.

This restaurant serves the best gluten free pizza that I have ever eaten.

They offer different gluten free bases so you can have an option of base as well as toppings.

The staff were really friendly and were allergen aware which was really nice to find.

They also offer vegetarian and vegan options

Dough is my go to for pizza in Bath. In preparing the pizzas they roll all the dough in rice flour to cut down on contamination risks. There are several different gf dough options, which is incredible to have so much choice as a coeliac. Food is delicious, staff are so helpful, understanding and welcoming.

This is a must try in Bath. They hand make all their pizza bases and there are many different options of regular bases and gluten free bases. You do have to pay £2.50 extra for a gluten free base but it is worth it. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
